How certain is the stored fact?
Confidence in transcription is not evidence maturity, efficacy, safety, or editorial approval.
Can it be displayed?
Fixture, reviewed, corrected, superseded, retracted, unavailable, and unknown remain explicit.
When was it true?
Valid-from and valid-to dates preserve changing real-world status without erasing earlier values.
